ECDL UK (Syllabus 4.5 Win XP/Office 2003) The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is the global standard in end-user computer skills, offering candidates an internationally-recognised certification that is supported by governments, computer societies, international organisations and commercial corporations globally. This version covers the new UK-only syllabus 4.5. In all other territories syllabus 4.0 remains current.

BCS Unit E Unit E is an additional module of IT Desktop Application training added to ECDL/ICDL curriculum within the UK by the British Computer Society (BCS) to bring the ECDL/ICDL syllabus into line with the UK Level 1 and Level 2 National Qualification Framework (NQF). It provides IT training outside of the ECDL/ICDL curriculum which is not required learning outside of the Second Level school system of the United Kingdom.

e-Citizen The e-Citizen certification is a fun and easy way to become Internet-savvy. It teaches you how to use e-mail and also how to surf the Web. Microsoft Access This course will enable delegates to use and create a database using Access 2003, to an intermediate level.

Microsoft PowerPoint This course is designed to give the user the ability to produce their own PowerPoint 2003 presentations.
